Outstanding, comforting, friendly atmosphere.

we had a fab 1 night stay at the fairfield house hotel! the room was amazin with a seaview n super clean. staff were really friendly n helpful, which made our stay even better. the food we saw...  

Our room had an unfortunate location opening up to the car park, leading to disturbances from early morning door bangs and traffic noise. The leisure suite felt neglected, with a jacuzzi out of order, and the pool area could benefit from a little sprucing up. It was rather irksome that I had to trek around the building in the rain just to get breakfast, considering the arrangement of rooms offered.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and shops. We spent our days exploring the 18th-century house and enjoying the adventure park nearby. The staff were...  

I had a pleasant stay at Fairfield House, enjoying the spacious room with a sea view. The friendly staff and vibrant location added to my experience, despite the room being a bit warm. The bar atmosphere was also delightful, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

stayed at fairfield house for 3 nights. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the town center and right behind the esplanade. i loved the modern bathroom with a powerful shower and the ample storage space for our clothes....  

I loved the spacious double shower and the impressive breakfast selection! The staff's warmth added to the experience, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Definitely would return!

We had a family room with loads of space, perfect for two adults and two kids. The bathroom was fantastic, and the beds were super comfy. The pool facilities included a sauna and steam room, which were great extras. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool too!

The sea view from the room was stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night. Dinner exceeded expectations with its great quality and fair pricing. the check-in process was marred by a long wait, and the breakfast options were limited compared to other places I've visited.

Just a prime choice for exploring town in Ayr with good value for money. The room was spacious with a big comfy bed. Tip, check on the heating to avoid being cold at night.

I stayed at Fairfield House for four nights while working in the area, and overall it was a positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located with a large car park and offers excellent amenities including a small gym, a decent pool,...  

I had a fantastic stay! The dinner was a delightful surprise with amazing flavors, and the delicious breakfast kept me fueled for the day. Plus, the jacuzzi was just what I needed to relax.
